Please note our booking cancellation policy is as follows:

For bookings of one room we require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
For multiple room bookings, we require notification of cancellations or changes in numbers of rooms at least 5 days in advance.
If this notice is not given, the full room charge is payable unless there are extreme circumstances.
